Based within a dynamic team of Customer Service Representatives (Care Specialist I), you will provide support to our national customer base by offering innovative solutions to a variety of direct calls, confident with the knowledge of having access to intelligent support applications and armed with the skills gained from an intuitive training and development program.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

A Customer Service Representatives (Care Specialist I)will provide Guardian customers with a positive experience by efficiently processing calls relating to security products, alarm monitoring services, home automation, associated billing, account inquiries and retention scenarios. The representative will also provide tier one level technical support and partner with technical support specialists to resolve advanced issues including scheduling technician home visits. Customer Service Representatives (Care Specialist I) are responsible for building excellent client relationships by placing proactive calls to ensure installations and service calls were satisfactory and met expectations and by providing exceptional customer service with each call.


Call center experience – It’s preferred, but not essential if you can demonstrate amazing customer service skills…tell us your story, we want to hear!

Technology savvy – Know how to navigate computer based applications, demonstrating an accurate typing speed of 35-words per minute.

Positive Communicators – Enjoy what you do and let the world know it!

Soft skills competency – Friendly and competent communication style that relays trouble shooting solutions that consistently wins customer loyalty.

Education Requirements:
