Responsible to the Athletic Director and/or a head coach; provides coaching, development, and supervisory responsibilities of an athletic program

Compensation for all hired extra pay positions (coaches, sponsors, ancillary instructors, etc.) is contingent upon the specific athletic, activity, or academic event being approved by the District to occur during the 2020-2021 school year

  • Produces practice plans that are detailed and assist with the advancement of individual skills progression and and strategy development
  • Regularly pursues appropriate professional learning activities
  • Rosters, transportation requests, certifications are handed in prior to deadlines.
  • Supervises all facilities and athletes before, during, and after practices and competitions

  • Typical demands require staff to lift and carry up to 20 pounds, and may be higher for some assignments depending on position and student need; climb stairs, ladders, and/or stools; reach, hold, grasp and turn objects; use fingers to operate computer keyboards; feel the shape, size and temperature of objects

Required Qualifications:

CHSAA Certification - Colorado High School Activities Association, High school graduate -high school diploma or equivalent, NFHS Coaching Fundamentals Certification - National Federation of State High Schools
