This position provides Client Technology administration and support in a health care setting such as supporting PC and
    printer hardware, operating systems, software applications, and peripherals. Seeks to understand and address customer
    needs and expectations through effective communication and collaboration. Works independently and shows initiative in
    resolving intermediate support issues and requests and escalates complex issues to more senior members of the team to
    ensure timely resolution. Coordinates the operational role for low complexity projects and works closely with the Business
    Technology Directors and the Director of Client Technology. Conducts research on new technology as requested.
    Understands Ethernet topology and IP communications. Develops and maintains educational and training material for
    clinical staff. Ensures that inventory is managed routinely and consistently. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as

    What You Bring/Job Requirements

    In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

    Minimum Experience Requirements:

    2+ years of technical support experience required; preferably in a healthcare environment. Customer service
    training/experience with relevant certifications is highly desirable. Strong technical, analytical, communication and
    customer service skills. Ability to utilize coordinated processes to provide high quality systems, infrastructure, and
    technology support. General unrstanding of technologies and troubleshooting process. Ability to work an on-call 24x7
    support on a rotational basis, required. Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening
    and customer care. Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.


    High School GED - Required



    Physical Requirements:

    Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)
