Job Description
This position will support department activities by reviewing existing Access Database infrastructure, making and implementing recommendations design to improve performance and enhance efficiencies. In addition, the role will assist with completing various analyses and strategic planning projects that are actionable and relevant to 340B contracting & reporting. In-depth review and assessment of existing Access Database infrastructure will be required. This position will include managing tasks, maintaining databases (MS ACCESS) and project planning to fulfill various reporting needs simultaneously, while meeting designated deadlines and standards.

Required Qualifications
3 years of experience in analytics and health-related area or must possess transferable skills

Preferred Qualifications
-Strong knowledge of access database management
-Ability to organize and analyze data sets; including 3rd party reporting and internal financial analyses
-Experience in workflow management systems and/or service delivery
-Results driven, with a desire to work in a fast paced environment that values collaboration, integrity and accountability
-Demonstrated problem solving, analysis, and resolution at strategic and functional levels
-Proven customer service orientation with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
-Work closely with team to develop growth strategies and budgeting
-Perform analysis on new opportunities in the 340B program to develop revenue/profit projections
-Perform ad hoc maintenance of multiple databases, gathering and merging data from internal and external sources needed in order to identify and analyze program activity
-Set operational objectives and prepare action steps toward achievement of those objectives
-Build and develop additional dynamic reporting in support of the Program Director to create timely and actionable insights into our existing contracted 340B business
-Performing other duties as assigned

Education/Experience: Bachelor degree required. Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills are desired

Technical Knowledge: Advanced capabilities with Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and basic SQL
