Job Description
As the Client Services Delivery Manager, you will own the daily oversight of all benefit and clinical work assignments while tracking completion from requirements through production to ensure timelines are being met and associated risks for assigned clients are raised. You will have general oversight over the health plan clinical and benefits setup, delivery process, quality of work and you will hold all service departments and employees accountable for carrying out the required processes and tasks. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Project management, internal and external coordination, establishing priorities, managing an issue and risk log

- Driving program management on Performance Guarantees related to timing

- Developing and delivering standard status and reporting as defined by the Business Owner

You will be responsible for facilitating the benefits and clinical relationship between the line level managers in benefit operations, account management and/or implementation personnel. You will assess the quality, consistency, and satisfaction of services delivered by the team. You are ultimately responsible for leading multi-functional projects while completing the future-state vision in a forward-leaning industry. The Delivery Manager is a client problem-solver and will bring innovation solutions for high-profile pharmacy benefit management (PBM) clients. You will act as a consultant in ongoing client relationships to ensure retention of the client and resolution of service issues. You will partner with key internal operations teams to ensure that the benefit/clinical requests that are set up for new and existing clients are functioning according to optimal service standards. Your success will be integral to the organization as a leader in Client satisfaction in the Prescription Benefits Management industry.

Required Qualifications
* At least 5 years of experience in Healthcare Service or PBM in operations or a client-facing position
* 3 or more years working with technology tools useful in efficiently capturing, collecting and trending results of work (critical metrics)
* 3+ years working in project management

Preferred Qualifications
* Existing knowledge of RxClaim system supporting client preferred
* CPM, PMP or PMI Certificate preferred
* Influential across multiple functional teams
* Strong relationship builder
* Demonstrable experience partnering with external client contacts
* Proven skills in Microsoft Office to build macros, waterfalls, and project plans

Education
* Bachelor’s degree required
* CAPM preferred
* Equivalent Combination of education and experience may be considered
