This position is responsible for leading the development of products that are reinventing provider interactions with the specialty pharmacy. We are building solutions that encompass internal and external system integrations, pharmacy operations, clinical workflows, and digital messaging into cohesive solutions to meet physician workflow requirements.

The Digital Product Manager creates business outcomes by designing innovative digital health solutions aimed at CVS Specialty’s provider audience. The Product Manager will be responsible for delivering the product to market and supporting operational readiness and adoption strategies:
?? Leading key stakeholders to align to the product vision, adoption strategy, roadmap and supporting metrics to deliver and enhance a best in class provider digital experience
* Extend expertise into the life of our users and their clinical and pharmacy interacting workflows
* Set direction and create business requirements, identify information needed to make business decisions and develop plans to meet business goals
* Drive the scoping and definition process for new digital product concepts including business case, product specifications and prototyping
* Work closely with digital, IT, pharmacy operations, legal, marketing, customer service, and UX colleagues to bring products to market
* Ensure appropriate acceptance criteria and testing of products prior to launch
* Builds measurement and control processes to iterate upon the product effectiveness and validate that the product is meeting customer needs.
* Manage product backlog to meet stakeholder needs
* Work with adoption team members to establish a product marketing strategy
* Conduct product and competitive research and analysis
* Drive broad organizational engagement in strategy development through:
* Passionate, inspired leadership
* Energetic partnering and relationship development across CVS/Specialty
* Regular, impactful communication of progress and impact

Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years work experience in a related field
- Proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a dynamic and complex healthcare environment
- Understanding of pharmacy and HCP operations

Preferred Qualifications
- Has lead digital product adoption efforts
- Health care industry experience and specialty conditions experience a plus (Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, HIV, Transplant operations, HCV, Oncology, etc.)
- Physician workflows in a hospital/clinic setting
- Strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
- Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and project management counterparts to deliver products/services

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering, business, economics or similar quantitative fields
- Master's degree in business, finance, statistics or related field a plus
Will accept experience in lieu of education
