.As a key member of the Transformation Strategy team, the Director will play a critical role in defining the future state of care delivery and consumer experience model for our company. Responsibilities will include serving as the central point of coordination for multiple cross-functional teams to develop the physical and digital manifestations of our Transformation strategy, facilitating senior executive communications to secure alignment, and ensuring milestones are properly defined and achieved for a variety of work streams. This work will require significant executive presence, presentation development and delivery skills, and the ability to make connections across disciplines and levels of seniority. The Director will report directly to the Transformation Strategy Senior Director, with exposure to and engagement with executives from the Vice President to c-suite levels.

Responsibilities
* Work with Transformation leadership and business segment leadership to develop and execute enterprise strategic plans, initiatives, and projects
* Create executive level deliverables and present at meetings, up to and including senior executive leadership (VP/SVP/EVP)
* Contribute to the development of a multi-year strategic plan for Transformation that sets Transformation priorities
* Cascade strategic plan and annual goals across Transformation
* Complete initial new value opportunity assessments
* Provide comprehensive market evaluation in key areas of priority for Transformation
* Identify and map value pools and growth opportunities for Transformation
* Lead cross-functional strategic projects and present results directly to EVP

Ideally we would like to have this role be based out of Wellesley, MA, Woonsocket, RI or Hartford, CT offices.

Required Qualifications
* 8+ years of work experience, with strong preference for the following:
- Management consulting experience focused on healthcare strategy
- In-house corporate strategy experience within healthcare
- Strategic planning and / or strategic portfolio management within healthcare
* Strong communicator, both verbal and written, with executive presence and the ability to influence across functions and at all levels of an organization
* Demonstrated presentation skills
* Highly organized and able to provide positive leadership across multiple work streams in a fast-paced, complex working environment
* Demonstrated project management skills with an emphasis on integrating multiple work outputs into a unified deliverable and executive narrative
* Demonstrated organized, detail-oriented, and structured thinking and execution, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed in order to meet deadlines, demonstrating a high level of independent judgment and proactivity

Preferred Qualifications
* Strong communicator, both verbal and written, with executive presence and the ability to influence across functions and at all levels of an organization
* Demonstrated presentation skills, including familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint; MS Project experience a bonus but not required
* Highly organized and able to provide positive leadership across multiple work streams in a fast-paced, complex working environment
* Demonstrated project management skills with an emphasis on integrating multiple work outputs into a unified deliverable and executive narrative
* Demonstrated organized, detail-oriented, and structured thinking and execution, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priorities as needed in order to meet deadlines, demonstrating a high level of independent judgment and proactivity

Education
Required: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred: Master's/Advanced Degree
