Would you like to be part of dynamic Corporate Acquisitions and Real Estate team at Fortune 7 CVS Health? As the Sr. Financial Advisor Corporate Acquisitions and Real Estate, you will lead financial modeling/valuation and a real estate administrative team. Your financial responsibilities include working with Sr. Director of Corporate Acquisitions and Real Estate and brokers/target’s acquisition team to model/secure chain and regional chain bids. Your financial responsibilities include, but is not limited to: pro forma financial analysis and completion, modeling/valuations, forecasting/budgeting and analytics. You will also lead the real estate administration team and work with VP, Real Estate and RDRE’s to achieve real estate approvals.

Required Qualifications
-You have 5+ years of professional work experience. Experience coming specifically from finance, accounting or FP&A is strongly preferred.
-You have strong excel skills.

-You have strong decision making skills (i.e. can see the big picture and interrelated enterprise impact of decisions) and ability to take charge as needed
-You have the ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines and partner across boundaries.
-You have outstanding planning, time management, and project management skills.
-You have the agility and ability to adapt to change is key.
-You have excellent organizational, administrative, problem solving and interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and communicate with senior management.

Bachelor's degree required.
CPA / MBA or FP&A preferred.
