We are looking for the top talent to add to our existing Analytics team to help deliver on this initiative.

In this role, you will be directly responsible for leading the initiatives financial forecasting and budgeting. This includes understanding and directing multiple teams in their financial submissions and managing appropriate timelines and roll ups.

Your key job responsibilities will be:

- You will lead the teams budgeting process. Your role will be responsible for keeping everyone on task and setting the right pace for all timelines. Looking ahead to potential roadblocks and actively solving them

- Be responsible for the ideation, development and management of financial tools for the team

- You will function as the guide in addressing and understanding any financial inquiries by leadership in a succinct and complete fashion answering asked and unasked questions

- Lead the team responsible for all financial reporting including MD reporting

- You will prepare communications and decks for financial updates to merchant leadership as well as company leadership at the highest level.

Required Qualifications
· 5+ years experience in financial management and/or customer growth and development, data-driven marketing, and/or strategy development in a retail, consumer packaged goods, or consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- A real passion for understanding and meeting the needs of the customer

- Strong leadership skills; prioritize and deliver on multiple concurrent initiatives that have significant financial impact. Flexible and can tolerate ambiguity and still operate effectively.

- Excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Shown high level of competency in working cross-functionally

- Proven capability to deliver work and provide positive leadership in dynamic, multi-project collaborative environment.

BA/BS. MBA preferred.
