Job Description
Would you like to join Fortune 7 CVS Health’s dynamic CTO API team? The Head of API Integration and Digital Ecosystem technology will lead a groundbreaking team responsible for the strategy, roadmap and implementation of API and digital ecosystem technology.
In this multi-faceted, key leadership role, you are accountable for leading and encouraging the creative organization, which develops and operates API based integrations enterprise wide. You will strive to develop an influential partnership with both business and IT executives to foster the technologies provided by the team.
In addition, you will develop and promote a creative integration practice across all of CVS Health, with associated training and talent programs while leading the Enterprise API integration and Enterprise Patient Hub Teams.

The primary duties and responsibilities include:

* You will lower unit cost of software integration work, with Dev Sec Ops and automation as key ingredients.
* You will be the 'product owner' for the Enterprise API management platform and the Enterprise Service Bus platform.
* You will continuously foster and nurture relationships with other teams in the Office of the CTO, including the integration architecture teams.
* You will advise and provide mentorship to business and IT leaders on the advantages of using shared integration and digital ecosystem capabilities.
* You will cultivate the strategy and processes needed to achieve operational and engineering quality.

Required Qualifications
* You will have a minimum of 12 years of leadership experience.
* You will have a minimum of 10 years with software integration.
* You will have a minimum of 5 years experience with API management and integration middleware.

Preferred Qualifications
* You will have digital experience is a plus.
* You will have a demonstrated real passion for utilizing data to surface customer insights knowledge of analytical approaches, as well as clear demonstrated customer analytics is important.
* You will have a Masters Degree.

Education
Bachelor's degree required.
