Job Description
This role will be located in stores in the North and Northwest area of Houston and serve customers and caregivers during the MinuteClinic’s days and hours of operation. The Care Concierge delivers on the company’s purpose of helping people on their path to better health through a focus on excellent customer service to those who seek help and support from the retail store Health Hubs.

The Care Concierge will be the healthcare navigator and coordinator to help customers and caregivers find the healthcare services they need. They will provide guidance and answer questions that customers and caregivers may have about the healthcare services available in store as well as other connect them to resources they can engage in the community. The Care Concierge will create customer profiles and record details of comments or complaints to further refine capabilities for the Health Hubs going forward.

Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment

Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of healthcare/insurance experience highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including: Outlook, Word and Excel
- Naturally passionate about engaging with customers
- Strong computer and data entry/typing skills and ability to work between multiple technology platforms
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and adaptable to various situations
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize while maintaining a pleasant and calm demeanor with customers and caregivers
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially, including information referred to as PHI (patient health information) protected under HIPPA
- Excellent communication (verbal, written and listening) skills; specific multi-lingual skills needed in certain markets to meet customer/caregiver needs
- Self-starter and able to successfully work with minimal supervision
- Great problem solver with ability to collaboratively engage with customers, caregivers and other team members to create innovative solutions

Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.

An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare is preferred.
