We are looking for a Manager to join our exciting team focused on driving growth through product and service offerings, to attract and retain pharmacy customers. The Manager role is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both marketing strategy and cross-functional areas across the organization, while leading the execution of integrated marketing plans to meet business goals. You will support the development of marketing strategy and plans for several business initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional business partners to gain a deep understanding of the consumer, and provide thorough consumer and marketplace analysis to help develop breakthrough marketing ideas founded in consumer insights.

Specific Responsibilities:
* Develop situation assessment and provide key inputs and insights in support of marketing plan and business case development
* Contribute to the strategic marketing brief and lead development of tactical marketing brief
* Lead development and execution of all project deliverables across paid, owned and earned channels, including maintaining marketing project schedules and status reports
* Establish strong relationships and collaborate closely with business partners across the organization, including Digital, Operations, Corporate Communications, Customer Insights, Media, Creative, Agency Partners, Legal, etc. Ensure cross-functional alignment on initiatives, launch deadlines are met, and field readiness.
* Manage marketing budget forecasting and tracking process
* Leverage available analytics reports and tools to measure success, identify learnings and continually optimize marketing activities throughout campaigns
* Monitor, analyze and present competitive analysis presentations

Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of marketing experience, with exposure to broad range of integrated marketing tactics and paid, owned and earned media channels
* Self-motivated, high-capacity, flexible individual
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong comfort with managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
* Keen attention to detail and steadfast intellectual curiosity
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with and to influence cross-functional partners
* Ability to navigate a complex, matrixed organization
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in retail marketing
* Experience in digital marketing

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field required
