CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated QA Quality System Manager to join the CVS Health Store Brands Quality Assurance Team. You will be focused on tracking and trending non conformance within product quality from end user feedback, working with the GMP audit team to determine RC and assign CARs as required, along with working with suppliers to determine RC for product withdrawals and product recalls. The role will require partnering and working closely with the CVS Health Audit Assurance Manager, and our third party audit partner in a highly collaborative, and competing priorities environment.

You will possess hands on experience with RCA, CAPA and quality auditing experience in manufacturing within cGMP regulated areas.

Required Qualifications
8+ years of leading, conducting and approving RCA/CAP investigations in a regulated industry
5+ years’ experience in tracking and trending product quality complaints/deviations and conducting analysis
5+ years’ experience in consolidating data and monitoring of defined Key Performance Indicators for quality and end user experience
5+ years experience and good understanding of problem solving tools (i.e. fishbone, 5 why, DMAIC, Lean etc.)

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with supplier partnerships and continual improvement

Experience auditing GMP regulated facilities

Able to provide BUs updates/guidance on CAP investigation status keeping the business and risk in mind

Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Regulatory Affairs Certified (RAC)

Education
Bachelors degree in science
