We have a great opportunity to launch a career in a pharmacy operation setting as an Administrative Shipment Confirmation Specialist. You will support the branch with a variety of administrative tasks, mainly focusing on confirming patient shipments in our patient management system. Must have excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills in order to interact with key stakeholders and patients.

Key responsibilities:
? Confirm patient demographics and all items shipped to residence.
? Collect shipment slips and confirm within 24 hours.
? Check inventory and insurance information for accuracy.
? Research discrepancies
? Confirm all confirmations with zero errors at the end of each month.

This is a full-time, permanent, benefited position and is NOT through an agency. Typical work hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM, with an opportunity for over-time per business need.

Use your newly acquired healthcare training or current administration knowledge and customer service skills to make a difference in a patient’s life by ensuring shipments are accurate and received on schedule. You will gain exposure supporting a multitude of aspects in the healthcare field, such as nursing, pharmacy, warehouse, clinical support, and sales.

Required Qualifications
Minimum two years of experience as a customer service representative in a call center environment.
Strong service orientation and customer service attitude.
Effective verbal and written communications skills.
Excellent problem solving, time management skills and strong attention to detail.
Strong computer knowledge, Microsoft platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the healthcare field.
* Experience with healthcare insurance.

Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma.
