During the 10 week engagement interns will be in a supportive learning environment contributing both independently and on a team against key department initiatives. The Enterprise Digital Team creates innovative digital solutions that will make health care more accessible, more integrated and more reliable for more people, online, one their smartphones and in our stores. 

Through a 10-week project-based experience the Digital Analyst - Intern would participate in the digital product development lifecycle (how a new feature, app, experience is developed and launched at CVS). Specific work would include:

- Support product managers and project managers through a multitude of activities including:
Contribute to development of documentation (eg. Requirements, project plans), Support and Participate in User Acceptance Testing and Release Management,

- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis and research to support:
New Product Development, Digital Product Adoption and Engagement, Business Case Development, and Ongoing Digital Operations and Analytics

-Track ongoing digital product KPI results
-Summarize key research/analysis findings or project updates and present to product managers and cross-functional stakeholders"

Required Qualifications
Availability to work full time for duration of the 10 week program.

- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative research.

Preferred Qualifications
- Technology savvy with an eye for continually improving customer experiences
- Demonstrated interest in design/technology/digital: Some Programming/Analytics courses or independent projects involving technology or digital
* Advanced problem solving skills with the ability to grasp new concepts, approaches and systems and uses information to make decisions.

Commitment to and passion for a career in digital, retail and / or healthcare.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-organized, entrepreneurial and able to prioritize among multiple projects with limited supervision.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships across diverse teams.
- Demonstrated leadership experience inside/outside of the classroom.

*Candidates must be enrolled in a 4 year undergrad program
