oYou must be 16 years of age or older
oOrientation and training provided on the job
-General job duties for all store team members
oOperate all equipment
oTransfer items from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
oPrepare product
oReceive and process telephone orders
oTake inventory and complete associated paperwork
oClean elements of equipment and facility on a daily basis
-Communication Skills
oAbility to comprehend and give correct written instructions
oAbility to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to
process orders both over the phone and in person
oVerbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders
-Mathematical Skills
oAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
(may use calculator)
oAbility to make correct monetary change
-Computer Skills
oAbility to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
-Physical Skills
oMotor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and
accurately make precise movements with speed
oEye-hand coordination is essential
oUse of hands is continuous during the day
oActivities frequently require use of one or both hands
oShaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and
oWorkers must manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the
oven, and when using the rolling cutter
oFrequent and/or forceful pinching is required in the assembly of
cardboard pizza boxes
oTeam Members must be able to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter,
the pizza peel, and pizza boxes

- Exposure to Environmental Variations
o Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash
and/or performing other outside tasks
o In-store temperatures range from 36 degrees in cooler to 90 degrees
and above in some work areas
o Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside
o Fumes from food odors
o Exposure to cornmeal dust
o Cramped quarters including walk-in cooler
o Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higher
o Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts
- Sensing
o Talking and listening on a telephone
o Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
o Depth perception
o Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces
