  • Overview

    The Inventory Control Support Analyst - CLS is responsible for the review and analysis of data generated through the floorplan audit functions within the Commercial Lending- Risk Management group. Review of audit results, interfacing with on-site auditor and outsource vendor, review and evaluation of audit data, recognizing risk within the audit data, reporting on audit trends, and establishing appropriate courses of action to limit risk. Works independently in making decisions as well as authority to waive situations that warrant such action. Work in conjunction with cross-departmental teams involved in risk rating borrowers, portfolio monitoring, workouts and status accounts. Responsible for meeting departmental risk management goals and objectives.



    • Reviews and evaluates floorplan inventory audit results
    • Evaluates audit and related data to identify and communicate high risk situations
    • Participate in on-site audits where risk necessitates involvement
    • Prepares reporting on audit related issues
    • Interfaces with dealer personnel to clear audit exceptions
    • Recommends appropriate course of action for troubled accounts
    • Supports all aspects of problem account handling, including dealers with status of SOT, bankruptcy, or liquidation
    • Supports workout groups in managing liquidations
    • Participates in the onsite due diligence and dealership monitoring processes as needed
    • Evaluate and report on performance of audit vendor for scheduling and quality metrics purposes



    • Understanding of commercial lending with emphasis in captive automotive dealership financing


    • Ability to interface across all levels of the organization and with external customers
    • Analytical skills

    • Persuasive communication and presentation skills

    Additional Knowledge and Skills

    • Proven track record in floorplan auditing and audit process management with emphasis in captive automotive dealership financing
    • Knowledge and understanding of dealer operations
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Microsoft Access knowledge preferred


    • High School Diploma in related field or equivalent work experience required
    • Associate Degree preferred
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred


    • 0-2 years experience in Commercial Lending, Floorplan audits, dealership operations, analysis, workouts and related activities preferred

    Work Conditions

    • Occasional overtime or split shifts may be required
    • Subject to stressful situations
    • Some travel required
