Summary:

Manage LMFC’s online presence across various websites. Manage external contractor website development work. Work with communications team on optimizing LMFC’s web traffic through use of analytics. Provide guidance and recommendations to improve LMFC’s digital footprint.

Responsibilities:

* Serves as the primary contact for all aspects of the organization’s website (s).

* Develops and maintains internet and intranet portals, forms, and structures in accordance with the organization’s needs

* Maintains and documents ownership of company’s internet domains

* Collects and analyzes web analytics and similar data; identifies opportunities to improve search engine optimization (SEO), time on site, web traffic, and other relevant metrics.

* Develops and ensures compliance with applicable policies on web site usage, security and standards.

* Maintains current knowledge of best practices and emerging developments in web design, web development, and technology.

* Coordinate site migration and hosting and maintenance.

* Work with IT to troubleshoot webbased and hosting issues.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Education:

Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Graphic Arts, or related fields

Experience:

* At least two years’ experience as professional webmaster or website maintenance professional

* In depth knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, WORDPRESS

* Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, webmaster tools

* Knowledge and working experience in content management systems and a basic understanding of other web technologies

* Knowledge and working experience with analytics, reporting, and documentation of best practices

* Knowledge of web accessibility best practices and remediation based on Section 508 standards

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy

* Strong problemsolving skills related to web development and design
