The Corporate Senior Accountant - Reporting and Analytic will report to the Vice President of Finance.
This is a hands on role that will be involved in Company’s corporate finance functions, including FP&A, compliance, tax, auditing, as well as automation and process improvements. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Monthly/ Quarterly financial statements and performance metrics analytics, variances to budget and prior periods; opportunity analysis and cost analysis; modeling and forecasting.
ROI analysis on capital project and major operational spending.
- Assist in SEC reporting (10-Q, 10-K, proxy, Form 4) and keep up to date with the new SEC pronouncements – assist in research, interpretation and adaptation of all regulatory changes.
- Construction accounting.
- Actively involved in operational changes, new system implementations and integrations.
- Special projects.
•Bachelor degree and 3+ years accounting experience – required. CPA or CPA candidate – preferred.
•Able to work independently with great attention to detail, be able to prioritize, organize and “get it done”.
