Operations Systems Administrator

The incumbent in this position is responsible for the planning, implementation and maintenance of core information technology. This individual assumes operational accountability of systems hardware and software, and coordinates delivery of these resources to project efforts. The incumbent guides key line-of-business applications through established software life cycle processes. This individual travels to all reservations, to provide maintenance and support to all Point of Sales (POS) terminals. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in an enterprise support environment with either server or application support is required. Minimum one (1) completed certification within the Microsoft Server certification path is required. Knowledge of Point of Sales (POS) architecture, maintenance and support, is required. Possession of a valid FL Driver's License is required. Demonstrate Excellent English written and oral communication skills. Ability to travel to all STOF Reservations and work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
